Today, on the occasion of World Day for Safety and Health at Work, we strongly reaffirm our commitment at ROMA2S France: the health, safety and well-being of our employees are and will remain at the heart of our priorities. 🔹 Our concrete commitment to safety We are currently working towards ISO 45001 certification, a demanding international standard that reflects our commitment to continuous improvement in occupational health and safety. 🔹 Daily actions in the field Every month, we hold safety briefings on our worksites covering essential topics such as: Safe movements and working postures, Waste sorting and management, Systematic use of personal protective equipment (PPE), Prevention of alcohol-related risks, What to do in the event of a workplace accident… These discussions reinforce our 12 Golden Safety Rules, which provide essential guidelines for adopting the right safety behaviours every day. 🔹 Active involvement of our teams Our employees receive ongoing training and awareness and are actively involved through: Training specific to our trades and identified risks, Regular updates to the Occupational Risk Assessment Document (DUERP), available to our teams, Internal communication campaigns: posters, safety talks, prevention comics, etc., An approach that encourages feedback from the field, with feedback forms used to collect, analyse and incorporate our employees’ ideas, suggestions and observations. 🚀 Our ambition: to develop a strong and shared safety culture Every day, we strengthen our safety culture by developing: Collective vigilance, Individual responsibility, Active dialogue around occupational health and safety.
